Lauren and Edgar found a true fixer-upper in Los Angeles. Built in the 1940s, this house required a full renovation and that’s what they did. Lauren kept the design light and airy by opening up the floor plan and completely remodeled the backyard. Additionally, she utilized natural light, wood toned accents, and soothing colored fabrics to achieve a warmth that enveloped the entire home. Lauren brought a splash of bold into the home with blue marble cabinets, brass hardware, and a sheik marble island. To continue with the European look and feel, they installed French Doors that lead to the backyard, perfectly designed to entertain or to enjoy an intimate meal.
