LVR — STUDIOS is a full-service interior design firm serving high-end residential projects, boutique commercial spaces, and hospitality properties. Founded in 2016, we are committed to designing spaces where you can flourish, celebrate, or simply be inspired. We intertwine luxurious textures and bold palettes to create designs that are elegant and timeless, transformational and captivating.

Most importantly, we understand that each space has a story to tell. Our team is dedicated to delivering a customized experience that uniquely fits your needs. We value collaboration and communication with expert attention to detail from start to finish.

We are a proud woman / POC / AAPI-owned business based in Los Angeles. Our work has been featured and credited on HGTV and Discovery+ television shows from 2020-2023, and in magazine publications such as Hunker Home, Domino, Reveal Magazine, and Apartment Therapy.

THE TEAM

LAUREN REYES LIM, PRINCIPAL + FOUNDER

With over 13 years of experience, Lauren Reyes Lim, has built and established a portfolio spanning the country. She excels in creating spaces and furniture that are functional, sophisticated, and timeless.

Lauren received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Prior to founding LVR — STUDIOS in 2016, she worked at pedigreed firms such as Yabu Pushelberg, Lippincott, and Kelly Wearstler.

Most recently, Lauren debuted as an art director + designer for HGTV and Discovery+’s The Property Brothers, Brother vs. Brother, Celebrity IOU and served as a Design Producer for First Home Fix.

Lauren currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband Edgar, their daughter Emika, and Yorkie pup, Paco.

  • Los Angeles native Tami Green is LVR — STUDIOS’ Design Manager. After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles, she knew she wanted to jump head first into the interior design industry. Her eye for detail along with her willingness to take stylistic risks make her our clients’ perfect confidant from conceptilizing an idea to completing their dream into a reality. In her free time, she loves yoga, painting, and long walks with her family. Fun fact: she loves to dance, throughout middle school to early college. Dance on!

  • LVR — STUDIOS’ Project Manager, Mary Gacho is responsible for guiding projects from conception to completion. This includes managing project budgets, construction milestones, and procurement of FF+E. Mary graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in 2011 with a degree in interior design and is currently enrolled at the Otis College of Art & Design in the lighting design extension program to further immerse herself in the theory and practice of illuminating spaces. Previously, Mary was at Hendrix Allardyce and worked throughout the years in design development, manufacturing processes, and client relations. In her free time, she hangs out with her dog, Morty, curates Spotify playlists, and bakes bread.

  • Design Assistant Kellianne Sayre is originally from San Francisco. She started her interior design journey at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. At LVR — STUDIOS, she focuses on curating cohesive furniture and accessories to bring the full vision of a design project to life. With a long history of traveling, Kellianne pulls inspiration from trips she’s taken to places such as Copenhagen and Phuket with more planned along the way. One of her favorite things are beach days and barbecues and has dreams of having a furry friend, a Basset Hound, by her side.
