It was an honor to work directly with Jonathan and Zooey on their new forever home. This 5 bedroom Georgian revival was originally designed in 1938 by renowned architect Gerard Colcord, and with the perfect mix of colorful wallpaper, elegant patterns, and luxurious fabrics, we brought new life into this home. Natural light, impressive original archways, and pristine crown molding make it exciting to enter every room. This experience begins right when you walk through the front door and continues to impress throughout. The former patio was renovated into a solarium, featuring a glass ceiling, a fountain, olive trees, and a balcony that connects to each bedroom. The backyard includes an outdoor kitchen tastefully covered in Alesso Deco Marla Matte Porcelain Tile. We stayed true and respectful to the original design and had so much fun creating a home that fit both their personalities.
