This home sits in the beautiful Los Angeles neighborhood of Hancock Park. In order to give the owner what the Client truly wanted out of his first home in this city, we decided to take on a full gut renovation. This gave us the freedom to make each room a statement piece. With vintage furniture, bold color choices, and deco textures, this house is unique in every way.
The en-suite bathroom is fully constructed with white marble, giving the space brightness no matter what time of day. The custom blue wallpaper in the dining room juxtaposed with a black marble dining table creates a perfect space to entertain and impress. A large statement fireplace faced with black marble is the centerpiece of the living room, framed by beautiful arched ceilings. Soft-toned cabinets, a large white marble island, and copper accents bring a modern elegance into this fully reconstructed kitchen, truly making it the heart of the home.
